They say "Membership has its priviledges" - and so it is with Connecticut Valley Calligraphers. Members encounter great opportunities, including workshops with master calligraphers, exhibits of members' work at locations throughout the Greater Hartford area, lectures, and of course, being part of a passionate and supportive community of calligraphers. To better serve its members, CVC has a rolling library and has donated a large collection of calligraphy and letter arts related books to the Farmington Library for inclusion in its permanent collection. These books are available throughout Connecticut through the inter-library loan system. A payment of twenty-five dollars annual dues (thirty dollars for a family) is the only requirement for membership in CVC. |
